New NF Character in DoA Outpost /age 2 hr 26 min (TAS) [low]

A bit of a niche running record. Wanted to see how fast I could get a new Nightfall character through the campaign. Used three accounts in total to do this run (including the one being run). With my computer, it's tough to run three accounts simultaneously and record, so I only have this video of the ending and a few screens taken throughout the run.

Performed without slow-loading of the runnee account (not sure if that affects the /age time). Could probably knock 7 minutes off of this just with better gameplay (mistakes made during one mission in particular added at least 4 minutes onto the run). 3. Records require videos being uploaded to either youtube or twitch. Other video hosts are not acceptable. Records must be contained within 1 single video file; separated videos for 1 PoV of 1 record will not be accepted.

Do you happen to have the full 2-1/2 hr video? I suppose the ruling it a little ambiguous, but we require one cohesive video from start to finish.

It's not the suspect of cheating as you're already TAS. But I can't tell what was actually achieved here. Did you run everywhere? Did you rush missions? Did you skip quests?

My bad, I saw this older /age record that doesn't seem to have a full video and assumed a recording wasn't required, but the rules have probably changed since this one was posted: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2636

I do plan on eventually doing this again, so I will figure out a way to record it then

Would I need POVs for all three accounts? Or just the one that does /age?

So the idea to even make that 0age LDoA run possible required a lot of slowloading, and alt-account running. And then over 100 hours of Farmer Hamnit farming ... I don't think I need to explain why there isn't a video for that. And not a 2-1/2 hr run

Also this is kind of the same reason why we don't have GWAMM records as they are too long to hold into one video. Yes I know DarkManiac's never got approved, but that is beyond my control at this point.

I understand there are probably dozens of records that are on the tables that shouldn't be listed due to taken down footage or missing information. But here we are

Makes sense, and I'm not implying anything about those records without videos. That's just where I got the idea that a video taken at the end of the run would suffice, but should have confirmed first.

Regardless, there's still quite a bit of time that can be shaved off of this. Once I have a better time, I'll post a video with all 3 acct POVs.

Personally, as a GWSCR enthusiast, I am always keen on new/different records to be ran for!
That being said, I think there should be a very clear objective that the game and the community (not just SCers) would be interested in.
My suggestion if you do choose to run again and record is that it should end at the completion of the Nightfall campaign on a Nightfall starter character. Adding the travel to DoA is an arbitrary end point in my opinion.

But maybe that’s just my opinion!

That's a good point, I realized after the fact that I should have just recorded the video in Throne of Secrets instead and the time would have been the exact same. I guess at the time I was thinking that more people would recognize the DoA outpost.

Make sure to provide one cohesive video from start to finish of the entire length of the run.

And to comment on that NF NG+ run, there's already several routes and tactics in place to beat it. It's just no one has done it.
