[low] Rotscale Solo in 1:59.9

Did some math and decided Stone Daggers would actually do more damage than Wastrel's. So then I could drop Elemental Lord for Aura of Resto (more healing) since the +1 attribute was no longer needed. Have to be really precise with where you pop the stone so the Wraiths and Smoke Phantoms don't follow you up. I was a little unlucky in this run because one of the other dragons ran next to the Rotscale, but I was able to stand in a slightly different spot than usual and still hit only the Rotscale with Sliver. Imagine how many fractions of a second faster this would be if I hadn't run out of green rock.
