37:xx is possible and I think I'll eventually get there, but I'm happy enough with this time for now. In a practice run without any leechers, I did get a 40:xx. This run had a lot of time loss on the Breaker Hollow to Gyala Hatchery split.

For pure runs, 42:xx is probably possible. Completing the Silent Surf split pure only adds 1 minute. However, running Kaineng Center to Gyala Hatchery pure was enough frustration for me.

Just my thoughts, but for the purposes of GWSCR I recommend defining Factions Rush as the following:
1) Run from Kaineng Center to Boreas Seabed.
2) Complete Boreas Seabed mission.
3) Run from Zos Shivros Channel to Gyala Hatchery.
4) Complete Gyala Hatchery mission.
5) Run from Leviathan Pits to Unwaking Waters (Luxon).
6) Complete Unwaking Waters mission.
7) Map travel from Harvest Temple to Kaineng Center.
8) Run from Kaineng Center to Raisu Palace.
9) Complete Raisu Palace mission.
10) Complete Imperial Sanctum mission.
