I think running Shell Shock over Glyph of Swiftness would allow you to kill Zhu within 2 cyles (using a pstone after the first sliver ends, of course). That should save over 10 seconds, since you will deal 32 dmg to zhu (cap) instead of the 26.
In that scenario though, i ld suggest to take the 2 seconds to get the kraken spawns balled up - and consider dropping shadowform there (just for 1-2 seconds), since this will secure killing them in one go, also saving around 10 seconds.
Just ideas, if no1 does it this way I will do it myself in a few days.
