Its based on last goal completed message and /age for timing. The screen in the post is enough to prove its a 31
As for seconds, it should work out at either 32:000.24 from Jabor POV or slightly longer from my POV (stream rip with low fps)

I mean technically you have a /age trigger in time as well. Both show TB timer and /age showing a 31min. My only concern is with Jabor's POV not lining up.

Also if I may add, try to leave 5 or so seconds after run. Ending the video right at end makes youtube think it's ending or ended and tries to go play something else and it makes pausing and frame counting difficult. Thaaanks

Edit: I also don't handle Elite Area records so this will come down to who decides to approve this. I'm just giving my 2 cents

Intense gameplay to say the least; you guys really know how to cut it close

I just want to remind you both and anyone else doing records to ensure you are meeting the criteria of the record submission in your videos. For the Underworld we would like to see the following:

In Underworld, the quest "The Nightman Cometh" must be completed after completing the other 10 quests. Quest panel (L) should be displayed and /age should be visible after the last "Goal Completed" message.

Although the quest panel it is not required as the rules states it should be done, we kindly ask this to be done in the future along with leaving ample time before entering a zone and completing a record (5-10 seconds before and after).

When was the last time someone showed quest log on an underworld record

I mean is the Objective timer essentially not the same thing? I'm not gonna argue over semantics for a TAS run, but it is the same thing and nearly every post someone has it up upon complete.
