i notice Flo is basically the only mod and not as active as they once were

i've seen the mod application topic but it doesn't say what is expected from someone in a "mod role"; some obvious questions for me would be:

how many old records are still needing to be transferred to seconds based
how often would you be expected to approve new records / maintain the forums
would you receive any "training" regarding checking/approving records
what exactly is the issue now with people not becoming a mod

if someone were to apply, i think they'd want to know these things at least
i can appreciate flo for hanging around this long after wanting to resign a while ago

Approving isn't too hard, just using the rules, I'm happy to help at the beginning as well.
