If everything goes perfectly and your camera never goes crazy, which seems to be the case now when you play without Toolbox, 17:2x should be possible. For anyone curious, the best TAS time I've gotten without BUs is 16:47.38.

That's a good point, I realized after the fact that I should have just recorded the video in Throne of Secrets instead and the time would have been the exact same. I guess at the time I was thinking that more people would recognize the DoA outpost.
