There is a reason for Vipers before HoS, as Vipers does not have an aftercast much like HoS does. So you can cast HoS almost instantly after Vipers. Not saying it's faster but it leads to much more cleaner movement I don't think this is true. There's 0 difference between hos > viper or viper > hos ...
