I've ran something very similar (same SoH spot but DP over HoS) for a few evenings but my Ice Imp spawns were absolutely atrocious

This was very early on with these tactics, hence the broken GWSplits. Using the same tactics a <4:20 should be possible but I was not yet able to beat this run and will move on for now. FWIW I don't care about minute based records

I think it's a very bad idea to ban something that is easily possible in the base game, similar to how it was a bad decision to put slow load into TAS.

For the (hopefully) unlikely case of disconnects getting banned they should all be handled the same as it's unreasonable to prove intention.

This only took 20 runs with all the learnings from the other runs, with some even better spawns sub 6 should be possible.
