Well, I got a 10:28. The only thing holding me back at this point is Snake Dance. A Sub 10:20 is 100% possible if you're blessed by Bill and aren't a skill clicker.

Also, Mini showed another trick, if you suicide at the start of last zone you can get a few seconds. Anyway, good run !
