Ive a superior rune misty and my head is just +1 earth cause hp>dmg in Nm since retards use ss or empathy even if you got staff btw and for the rest im just a poor fow player that cant buy things sadly rather put money on cons pcons.

I am not generally opposed to listing NM records in the ""Other Records" category as the challenge can be vastly different to HM records.

Mentioning that, we have been running without a specific "Other Records"-ruleset so far. I think it will be required to make one, although it will be quite broad/open since objectives in these types of records can vary quite a bit. Hang on for just a little longer, I will create a rough draft and create a thread in the general guild wars forum to allow people to state their opinions. And dont worry, this wont be a as lenghty process like the other rule creating thread(s).
