Honestly, I dont really care, I did this mainly cause its pretty much the same as the other HotS record and I had a character that only needed norn part... Just make a decision @Nika/Mike.

i'd say it should not be listed, cause it is not repeatable unless you create a new character. even though it unlocks the page in the dungeon book, its more a storyline quest and as this it should not be listed.
