macro: a single instruction that expands automatically into a set of instructions to perform a particular task. aka pcon popping.
hack: use a computer to gain unauthorized access to data in a system. aka access to a form of pcon popping

Still don't see how this breaks rule #7

Macro: User input based, essentially uses your peripherals and automatizes actions of them.

Hack: Sends information to a game, doesn't use the game interface, isn't bound to game limitations.

Can you pop all your pcons in the millisecond all people loaded with a macro? No. You couldn't even if you had zero reaction time.
