A new rule

All runs shall now require videos of all unique splits as proof prior to approval.
This means that if you are ever splitting off, your split requires a video. If you go into underworld with 5 people, and you stay within visual range of eachother at all times, you will as a team need to submit a single video. If at any point during the run, someone goes to solo something, they must also submit a video.
It is unfortunate that we are in this situation, but we see no other choice in this matter. There are simply too many potential avenues for exploiting the system if we do not start mandating this. We realize that some of you have very dated computers, and because of this I will be posting some barebones recording information in the following days. I do not expect people to submit 1080p recordings at 30fps. You may record at half or even 1/3rd of your native screen resolution. It doesn't have to be pretty. As long as it is clear that targeting ghosts in the box, dialogue hacks, etc are not being abused, it is good enough.
For those who do not wish to leak record tactics, I am willing to offer a compromise. You must still post a video, but it may be made private or unlisted. If you make it private, please friend me on youtube, and I will review the video.
All currently acceptable uses of Toolbox are to remain so. This means that pcon poppers, timers, recall hotkeys, etc, are acceptable. If it can be macroed, we do not care. We cannot police this, and we will not engage in the he said she said pissing contest over the legitimacy of runs that is guaranteed to develop should we outright ban toolbox. Provide videos, and prove that you are not altering the gameplay via targeting ghosts, dialogue hacking, etc. That is all that is required.
