You do realize absolutely no screenshot to date falls into the category described in OP and none ever will because of how easy it is to avoid showing it? Toolbox timer can simply be hidden. /age keyboard shortcut can be done with autoclick macro. Consets autopopping too. The rest is impossible to notice. As for the reaper in aggro thing, I believe Hektor, Luke, Moonzy and Yago are skilled enough to take a quest before aggro prevents the reaper from giving it.

None of this does make any. You can use hacks without showing toolbox timer. You can show toolbox timer without using hack. In short this rule is dumb.

Toolbox/notoolbox? let's make a telehack / no telehack? wallhack/no wallhack ? A cheat should not be allowed w/e is it.. but as the toolbox is used by 98% of gw scer, not much to talk about it.
Also recording the run would be unfair against people that can't record becuz their pc sucks (like mine).

We did 20 minutes DoA without it, only 2 people in the team have it and they don't really use it (ask to the god Has for verification) but 8/8 ? in uw and all using it for their cons and quests. That's all.

U cannot win the war on hacks just like you cannot win the war on drugs. The only way is dealing with it and the best way I think of dealing with it would be making a distinction between records in which hacks are used and records in which they are not used. Hacked records would just require a screenshot and legit records would require a video of each PoV.
