In this run Monk Lord could be done at 14.00-14.10 if he wasn't behind the rock ...

Gloom is not in this video (i will try de find a video). So for gloom the ranger solo the cave but 4 mesmers spike the last 4 pop. The quest can be done at 3.00-3.10. Meanwhile Emo+Me/A+Mt are waiting at rift.
With that gloom can be done in 4.30.
