Not having the mouse cursor visible in a video allows for a lot of tools and macros that are useful, but arent necessarily allowed in a certain category.

1. Being able to use a target macro
2. unable to differentiate between movement macro and click to move
3. clicking your pcons (PURE)
4. potential dialog usage
5. targeting via a transparent tb minimap overlay ontop of the normal compass

im sure theres more

This rule is of course unnecessary in TAS records, but definitely needs to be disallowed for PURE and STANDARD.

This does make sense and it's reasonable for pure and standard records.

I cant really see a reason against this either... but lets give it a few days, maybe someone wants to say sth we re currently not thinking about.

Maybe there's some shitty software that doesn't have the option to capture the cursor, but why would you use that? OBS is available for free, and if for some reason you're completely unable to use it, you can't prove that you're not breaking the rules, so you're not eligible for pure or standard records.
