This vote will accept responses for three days, until Wednesday, 05.07.17, 22:00 CEST.

Some thoughts (feel free to add things below and i ll edit them in).

Question 1: Videos for TAS

All have to provide video:
-transparency

Require one video:
-its TAS, anything is allowed so there is no "cheating" anyways
-allow people to submit for a category even if they forgot to record

Question 2: Public videos

All required videos have to be public:
-transparency (more people can check for tools used)

Its okay if more than one mods see the video(s):
-people wont hold back records because they dont want to show their tactic (yet)

I vote only 1 for TAS because it'd allow people to submit for a category even if they forgot to record or some other error happened. In the current state you can get fucked if you had video corruption or some shit.

If you use so much cheat that you hvae a video corruption, you deserve the record in TAS.

Also, keep in mind that a record isn't interesting if you don't show your superiority by showing the tacs used. We are all good friends !
For instance, if I knew how to dupe armbraces, I would definitly tell Marcin how.

just in case anyone takes Livia's troll seriously... remember that the 16 min DoA only has 5 videos, so that record wouldn't be valid even under TAS =P I completely agree with Eva - it'd be really nice if we could get public videos for all PoVs on every record, but that's not enough of a reason to deny a record that we can see is perfectly valid.

yes it is... I suppose the form isn't very clear for a non-English speaker, since it also mentions PURE and STANDARD, but both the questions are about the video requirements for TAS. If there's a lot of people getting confused like this, and the result of the vote is in any way ambiguous, maybe it will need to be run again...

The first question is literally called "TAS: How many videos are required?".

The explanation over the 2nd question clearly describes that it is about every category and not just TAS.

If it was this "unclear", people could asked about that for the last two days.

Question 1: Videos for TAS
That's clearly TAS.
Question 2: How many of the videos above have to be public?
That's clearly ambiguous in the new form since the videos "above" could perfectly refer to the TAS ones.
You have to read the previous form to clear it up. It's not hard to see how someone hastily reading the questions could make the confusion.

I'm assuming the understandable mistake both Livia and Misty did was not thinking about the questions being put in the exact same context as the previous form.

"How many videos have to be public?

For the PURE and STANDARD categories, every party member needs to provide a video. For the TAS category, this questions isnt settled yet (see the first question in this poll).

Of all the videos that have to be provided, how many have to be public?
If you choose the first option, all the videos still have to be provided, but they dont have to be public - its okay if 2 or more mods see them.
If you choose the second option, every single video that is required has to be public."
