Re: Rule update
Propose a working solution then. I have made it abundantly clear that I will listen you if you can propose something that will work. You have completely utterly failed to do so. All either of you have done is scream bloody murder over your own moral indignation. Guess what. I don't like toolbox eith...

Re: 14min UW by DaWn
14's have been approved aswell, with evidience of rule violation. You say this, but have never elaborated on how current rules have been broken that I have seen. Instead of repeating this same shit over and over again, point me to where you have elaborated upon this, or repost it. Do so, and the re...

Re: Rule update
To recap. In order for me to view any argument concerning a rules change for third party tools valid it must do the following. Be meaningfully differentiable from the current status quo. Demonstrate flaws in the current status quo. Have a method of enforcement (the current system does.) Not grievous...

Re: Rule update
That analogy is deeply flawed. You can generally prove a murder. Banning toolbox usage will be utterly unenforceable. Toolbox usage is nowhere near as heinous of an offense as a Murder. Unless you think people should be subject to life imprisonment for it. A better analogy is something along the lin...

Re: Rule update
How do you propose to guarantee that toolbox will be detected? In what way are approved uses of toolbox meaningfully different than macros or manually doing stuff. You haven't answered both questions yet. Ergo your posts are utterly useless to the discussion, and shall be ridiculed as such. You keep...

Re: Rule update
If you cant hit 2 hotkeys with one hand while double clicking with the other, I feel sorry for you.
If you have cerebral palsy or some other debilitating handicap that prevents you from using both hands at once, I'm sorry, but we cannot be expected to accommodate your lack of ability.

Re: Rule update
Fucking lol. Put your t2 and lt in the same spot in the party every run, and bind 2 keys to select them (have you even looked at f11? you can bind keys to individually select party members 1-12, next and previous). Alternatively, just rebind the keys every run, or have one side of your keyboard dedi...

Re: free toolbox? - discussion
OK. Lets just assume for the sake of argument that we could detect all toolbox usage. What practical purpose does banning it achieve? We already outright ban things that cannot be done within the game. What is the practical effective difference in outright banning toolbox and allowing things that ca...

Re: free toolbox? - discussion
The Pro-TBers always came up with the trust-thing. "We need to trust the people not to use TB!" "People can hack without TB as well, you cant stop that - tust them!" bla bla bla. Why shall we come up with dead-simple and 100% safe techniques to detect unallowed TB-usage? Have faith in people! Serio...

Re: free toolbox? - discussion
How do you prove that someone is running a toolbox if they aren't using game altering things like ghosts/dialogue hacks? Let me propose the following. A toolbox user can disable all overlays, disable all toolbox pms, leave his inventory open, and make toolbox pop pcons on a pseudo random delay from ...
